Thank you for your purchase from Holy Shot Billiards Inc. We strive to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. As our products are custom-made on demand, our refund and return policy is designed to align with our production partner, Printify.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we normally do not support returns or exchanges for items where the customer has ordered the wrong size, color, or has simply changed their mind. But if there is an issue, reach out to see what we can do. Sometimes, we make exceptions. 

Before Filing or Requesting a Dispute/Chargeback

If you have any issue with your order, we ask that you contact us directly at support at holyshotbilliards dot com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly, so please reach out to us first to get any issues resolved. 

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors

In the event that you receive a damaged product or an item with a manufacturing error, we are committed to providing a satisfactory resolution. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery with the following information:
•Your order number.
•A clear photo showing the issue with the product.
•If multiple items are affected by the same issue, an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame will be required.
Upon review and confirmation of the issue, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Unsuccessful Delivery

In cases of unsuccessful delivery, we can offer either a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.

Print Placement Tolerance

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please note that there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches (approximately 1.27 cm) for print placement. Minor variations within this tolerance will not be considered defects.

International Exchanges

For our valued customers outside of Canada, we are pleased to offer exchanges for eligible products in accordance with the terms outlined above. Please contact us directly to arrange an international exchange.
